Terms of Use

Last updated April 30, 2026

These terms cover this website (recreationalcoder.dev). They are not the same as a client engagement agreement. Actual project work is governed by a separate written proposal and statement of work signed by both parties.

The site itself

The content, layout, and code of this site are owned by Neel Shah / recreationalcoder LLC. You're welcome to read it, link to it, share it, and quote short excerpts in good faith. Don't republish substantial portions without asking.

Code, designs, and writing on this site are presented as a portfolio and case-study record. Some of the work shown was done for clients and remains their property; the descriptions are mine.

No warranty, no advice

This site is provided as-is. Case studies describe past work in specific contexts and aren't prescriptive advice for your situation. If you want a real recommendation, the right move is to email me and book a fit call.

External links

The site links to other sites: clients, tools, articles, GitHub, Patreon, social platforms. I don't control those destinations and I'm not responsible for what they do, how they handle your data, or what they decide to put on their own pages.

Engagements

If we work together, the terms of that work (scope, deliverables, payment, IP, confidentiality, warranties) live in the proposal and statement of work we sign. Nothing on this site supersedes that document. Until a proposal is signed, nothing on this site is an offer or commitment.

Changes

I may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
